ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT FOR R13.COM

R13 is committed to providing an accessible online experience for our customers, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, closed captioning, or voice-recognition software. We treat accessibility as an ongoing process rather than a one-time project, and we continue to invest in improving the experience for visitors to R13.com.

Our goal is for R13.com to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. To support that goal, R13 maintains a multi-part accessibility program that includes the following:

  • Continuous monitoring through a third-party accessibility platform that scans the site and reports on conformance with WCAG 2.1, Level AA. Our most recent third-party audit was completed on March 1, 2026, and audits continue on a regular basis.
  • Internal review by our web development team, who use reasonable efforts to address issues identified through audits, customer feedback, and ongoing testing.
  • A practice of requiring the third-party developers and vendors who work on R13.com to use reasonable efforts to conform to WCAG 2.1, Level AA in the services they provide.

Despite these efforts, R13 recognizes that some areas of R13.com may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals, and that accessibility conformance for a website of this size and complexity is a continuous undertaking rather than a fixed state. As we identify gaps, we work to address them on an ongoing basis under our accessibility roadmap. R13 is using reasonable efforts to achieve substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1, Level AA over a 24-month remediation period, and we treat accessibility maintenance as a permanent function of our digital operations beyond that period.
