SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At R13, we are committed to providing fast, reliable delivery for every order. Please review the details below for domestic and international shipping options.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing in addition to the selected shipping transit time.
- Expedited orders: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- All domestic orders ship via UPS (no delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses).
- A signature is required upon delivery for security.
- UPS Ground shipping is free within the 48 contiguous states.
- Second Day shipping is available for $25.
- Next Day shipping is available for $35.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via DHL Express, offering fast, reliable delivery.
- Free express shipping on orders over USD $250. Shipping fees for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- We partner with Global-e for secure local currency payment, duties, and tax handling. Duties and taxes may be included in product pricing or shown at checkout, depending on your location.
- Most international orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase has shipped. Your tracking number will be provided in this email when your order leaves our distribution center.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
R13 is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. For purchases made on R13.com, we accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Full-priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags attached. Footwear may only have been tried on indoors, on carpeted surfaces.
- Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale," gift cards, and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S.)
- Free returns and exchanges for full-priced merchandise.
- Refunds issued to the original form of payment; shipping costs are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Returns accepted for full-priced merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
- A $20 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: Please return your item and place a new order.
How to Return
- Pack unused merchandise securely with a copy of your invoice.

- Once received, returns are processed within 10 business days. Refunds typically post within 5–7 business days after processing.
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
How to Return
R13 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. In such cases, merchandise will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to edit your order information, modify, or cancel your order, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible at CS@R13.com with your name, order number, and revised details. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel or modify it. In such cases, please refer to our [Return & Exchange Policy].
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact Customer Care at CS@R13.com.
Damages & Repairs
If your order arrives damaged, or if you require a repair, please contact CS@R13.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Pricing & Payment Options
We make every effort to ensure that all pricing on R13.com is accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or offer cancellation. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be canceled.
All purchases and shipping fees are charged in the local currency of the shipping destination.
Payment methods:
- U.S. Orders: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, R13 digital gift cards, Klarna, PayPal
- International Orders: Payment methods are processed by Global-e and may vary by country. Options typically include major credit cards, local payment methods, and region-specific alternatives, displayed at checkout.
Price Adjustment Policy
We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items purchased within seven days of the item being placed on sale. The exact style, size, and color must be available for purchase on R13.com at the time of your request. Approved adjustments are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Sale and promotional items are not eligible for price adjustments.
- No adjustments on further markdowns after a discounted purchase.
- We do not match prices from other retailers or third-party sites.

Digital Gift Cards
R13 digital gift cards can be redeemed on R13.com for eligible purchases within the U.S. and internationally.
- Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping destination.
- Digital gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire.
- They cannot be used to buy other gift cards, for unauthorized promotions, or exchanged for cash (unless required by law).
- Unused balance remains available for future use.
- Returns paid with a gift card are refunded to a new gift card.
- R13 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Sales Tax
We charge state, local, and county taxes as required by applicable laws. Your transaction total at checkout reflects an estimated tax; the actual tax is calculated upon shipment and may vary slightly from the estimate.
