- FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE OFFERED FOR ALL FULL-PRICED MERCHANDISE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
- MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
- FOOTWEAR MUST ONLY HAVE BEEN TRIED ON CARPETED SURFACES.

- RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR FULL-PRICED MERCHANDISE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
- A $20 RETURN FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
- MERCHANDISE CONDITIONS ARE THE SAME AS DOMESTIC ORDERS: UNUSED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TAGS ATTACHED, FOOTWEAR TRIED ON CARPET ONLY.
- INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE WITH YOUR RETURN.
- EXCHANGES ARE NOT OFFERED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WHO WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM MUST PLACE A NEW ORDER AND RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM FOLLOWING OUR RETURN GUIDELINES.

REFUND PROCESSING
- RETURNS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY.
- REFUNDS CAN BE EXPECTED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING.
- REFUNDS ARE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT; SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
